Healthy hair follicles (Follicular Units) are extracted – removed, one by one, from the donor area using a small cylindrical tool with a diameter of approximately 0.9mm after local anesthesia. No scalpel, no stitches and no linear scar or incision. By using smaller diameter instruments we achieve faster healing. The hair follicles are kept at a specific temperature and in a special solution that protects them outside the body.
The protocol we apply minimizes the time that the hair follicles remain outside the body, enhancing the survival rates of the grafts and thus ensuring good density of the result. Dr. Konstantinos Dionysiou uses the latest generation of Cole Instruments (USA) and Trivellini (Paraguay) instruments for extraction, which are considered among the most modern in the world at the moment.

The hair follicles are implanted directly, one by one, with the special implant tool, Implanter Pen (S. Korea), without creating scars or slits. This fact helps us to have absolute control over the depth, direction and angle of the hair, thus ensuring a completely natural result The surgery is performed, from start to finish, exclusively by Dr Konstantinos Dionysiou.
The FUE hair transplantation technique, unlike other techniques, achieves over 95% viability of the grafts and preservation of the implanted hairs in Zone A – B. In a single visit, we can transplant over 2,500 grafts (approximately 6,500 hairs), achieving the maximum possible density.
